Live Embroidery

All live embroidery events require a non-refundable popup fee/deposit to secure the event date. The full invoice balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. Payment is accepted via invoice only, and applicable sales tax will be collected.

In the event of cancellation, the popup fee/deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled one week or more prior to the event date. If the event is canceled within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled event, the full invoice amount is non-refundable.

These terms apply to all live embroidery bookings.
