Ciao Bella! This specific design was made exclusively for Emi. No matter what she is going through she is still beautiful and fighting a battle no child should ever have to. It is a constant reminder to say hello beautiful to yourself and know you are beautiful no matter what. With her mom's love for lemons as well as Italy we had to incorporate the two to symbolize the bond between the two.
